Friends, family, and the business community came together in a truly remarkable way to support Lakehead Rotary’s 13th Annual Spirit of Thunder Bay event. The evening was more than a celebration. It was a reminder of what can happen when a community gathers with open hearts and a shared purpose.

Laughter filled the room, conversations sparked new connections, and the energy throughout the evening was impossible to ignore. From the stirring sound of the bagpipes by Sargent William Peters to the warmth and charm Kathleen Murphy brought as presenter, every moment carried the spirit of community and generosity.

Events like Spirit of Thunder Bay allow Lakehead Rotary to continue the important work we do throughout our community, supporting causes that uplift, strengthen, and create lasting change. None of this would be possible without the incredible support of our sponsors, supporters, volunteers, and every single person who attended and contributed to the evening’s success.

Rotary International’s motto, “Service Above Self,” was truly alive in that room. It could be seen in every helping hand, every donation, every shared smile, and every act of kindness throughout the night. Together, we are not only building a stronger Thunder Bay, we are creating hope, connection, and opportunity for others.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping make a difference and for continuing to believe in the power of community.
